Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop their skills and capabilities of staff.

Main Activities:
Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions.
Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
Identify training and development opportunities
Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans
Provide staff orientations

2. Monitor staff performance and activities

Main Activities
Monitor daily attendance.
Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
3. Coordinate recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and a comprehensive procedure is used to hire.

Main Activities:
Provide advice and assistance to HRD Assistants on recruitment process.
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant positions.
Schedule and organize interviews.
Participate in applicants interviews.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on recruitment.
Inform unsuccessful applicants
Conduct exit interviews

4. Provide Information and assistance to the HRD Manager and Staff on human resource and work related issues.

Main Activities:
Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
Promote workplace safety
Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems
Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the community.
Explain the provisions on the personnel policy
Explain employment standards such as workers compensation, labor standards, code of discipline and the company rules and regulations.
Oversee the efficiency of the computers and other office equipment necessary for the staff work.
Attend Management meetings (in then absence of the HRD Manager) to provide information, when necessary.

5. Provide timely, accurate and thorough performance reviews.

6. Evaluate, plan and make recommendations on the management of all programs to ensure that the institution obtains the best practices and services of its employees

7. Compile and prepare 201 files and documents pertaining to personnel activities. Record and encode data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for termination.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
