Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive transport plan to ensure smooth andtimely delivery of goods and services
Oversee the daily operations of transportation department, including with drivers,dispatchers and other staff members
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners Manage budgets and ensure that expenses are within acceptable levels
Analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Provide regular reports on transport performance and forecasts
