The name “JB Mansinares Electrical Contractor and Engineering Services” started life on the 29th of October 2003 after its registration approval by the Department of Trade and Industry. From then on, the company made name in their field of endeavour specializing on MEPF in a semi-conductor manufacturing area and commercial establishments. From its humble beginning, the company grew with highly skilled, safe and quality oriented group and dedicated personnel. The concept of developing the construction business came from the enthusiasm of Engineer Estephene P. Sergio and its desire to meet the existing market demand with financial flexibility. To overcome, he planned to divert the company from a simple partnership into a corporation. On March 24, 2004, the company got its new name as Power Circuits Construction Corporation. Nevertheless, of the increasingly construction industry competition, the company survived.
