The company started in the early part of 2003 when Engineer Estephene P.Sergio invited and personally did the Electro-Mechanical and Architectural works at Time Concept Jewelry Store. Impressed of his dedication and job quality, the owner contacted him for their additional stores. Proficient in Electro-Mechanical works, planning and adept in customer service and management give him an idea to venture in a construction industry.

The name “JB Mansinares Electrical Contractor and Engineering Services” started life on the 29th of October 2003 after its registration approval by the Department of Trade and Industry. From then on, the company made name in their field of endeavour specializing on MEPF in a semi-conductor manufacturing area and commercial establishments. From its humble beginning, the company grew with highly skilled, safe and quality oriented group and dedicated personnel. The concept of developing the construction business came from the enthusiasm of Engineer Estephene P. Sergio and its desire to meet the existing market demand with financial flexibility. To overcome, he planned to divert the company from a simple partnership into a corporation.

On March 24, 2004, the company got its new name as Power Circuits Construction Corporation. Nevertheless, of the increasingly construction industry competition, the company survived. Its success in operating the business and achievements earned for the past 14 years insight to expand yet, for another innovative commitment designed in providing another milestone of full dedications and great service to its clients’ satisfaction, the Sergmans Corporation finally came into existence on October 11, 2017 under the same management, board of directors, competent staff and experience to deliver your contract jobs for your satisfaction. Sergmans Corporation is a team of professionals who believes that through core values of dedication, quality, integrity, safety and commitment we can serve the needs of our clients, to fulfill their requirements in reasonable span of time at suitable price.
