Job Description
• At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in others / equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years experience in maintenance and improvement works, preferably in a property / facilities management settings.
• Must have good knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the carpentry, masonry, welding, painting, electrical, and plumbing trade.
• Must have good skills in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.
• Willing to work immediately and work in shifting schedule.
• Willing to be assigned in Lotus Central Mall Imus, Cavite.
