Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
- Interest in technology and software solutions, especially in vacation rental/hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems or help desk software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willing to report onsite and work various shifts for comprehensive customer support

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat channels to delight customers
- Dive into technical issues, guiding customers to streamline booking management processes
- Document interactions, gather feedback, and collaborate with product development
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless user experience
- Educate customers on new features and updates to maximize software utilization

Salary Range: 25k to 40k + Benefits
