Job Description

I. Ensure all HR administration is completed accurately and efficiently, to include filing of correspondences, dealing with post & e-mails and dealing with incoming telephone calls, queries & enquiries,
ii. Issued and renew ID cards for employees,
iii. Gather personal records from other departments or employees;
iv. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for termination;
v. Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training grievances, performance evaluation, classifications, and employee leave of absences.
vi. Process and review employment application to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants,
vii. Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedure to employees or job applicants.
viii. Answering phone calls
