Job Description

TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for a call center team leader in Taguig for a fraud account.

Qualifications:
*must have College degree
*at least 4 years experience in customer service, fraud, or collections in the bpo industry
*3 to 5 years experience in leadership role
*3 to 5 years experience as a team leader; the higher, the better
*must have excellent communication skills
