Qualifications:
3 years or more of experience in a BPO setup.
2 years or more of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO setup.
Preferably had 1 year of experience with E-Commerce.
Preferably knowledgeable in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) market.
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Experienced in handling a team with at least 15 or more headcounts.
2nd yr College Undergraduate
Good to Above Communication Skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
