Job Description
Minimum of four years of experience in financial accounts, particularly in collections, within the BPO industry.
Three to five years of experience in a team leadership position, supporting voice and inbound call taking agents.
College degree, preferably in finance.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in collections.
As a Call Center Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. This entails overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and guidance to drive team success, maintaining high service quality standards, resolving customer issues, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
