Work Experience: Fresh graduates are also eligible

Interest in establishing an independent construction company in the Philippines
Willingness to assume a significant role at ICHIGO HOUSE Philippines Inc. upon return from Japan
Additional Points:
Experience in the construction industry
Proficiency in Japanese language
Demonstrated commitment to intensive Japanese language study
JOB DESCRIPTION
Pre-Deployment Preparation:
Prepare for an upcoming assignment in Japan lasting approximately 6 months.
Primary focus is to attain proficiency in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at N4 equivalent level through intensive language learning.
Acquire cultural understanding and etiquette specific to Japan.
Familiarize oneself with construction terminology.
Participate in construction training to gain foundational skills for assigned tasks.
Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the CEO.
Assignment in Japan:
Initially, work with subcontractor companies affiliated with ICHIGO HOUSE Japan, gaining practical experience on construction sites.
Based on demonstrated aptitude, may transition to roles in construction management or continue on construction sites.
Has the capacity to provide assistance to ICHIGO HOUSE Japan employees as needed.
Perform duties as required by ICHIGO HOUSE Japan.
Return to the Philippines:
Assume pivotal roles within Ichigo House Philippines Inc. to ensure delivery of Japanese standard construction services in the Philippines.
