Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meet with clients to understand their project objectives, challenges, and requirements.

2. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and identify areas for improvement.

3. Listen to client concerns, answer questions, and provide expert advice on construction-related matters.

4.Evaluate construction projects, plans, and specifications to identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities.

5. Analyze project budgets, schedules, and resources to assess feasibility and efficiency.

6. Review construction contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

7. Develop strategic recommendations and action plans to address client needs and achieve project goals.

8. Provide insights and guidance on construction methodologies, materials, and technologies to optimize project outcomes.

9. Collaborate with clients and project teams to implement recommended strategies and solutions.

10. Ensure that construction projects meet quality standards, codes, and regulations.

11. Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify deficiencies and ensure corrective action is taken.

12. Advise clients on best practices for quality assurance, safety, and compliance throughout the construction process.

13. Assist clients with project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

14. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and recommend proactive measures to keep projects on track.

15. Provide project management support and oversight as needed to help clients achieve their objectives.

16. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

17. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the duration of projects.

18. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with consulting services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

2. Additional certifications or specialized training in construction consulting may be beneficial.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management, consulting, or related roles.

4. Preferably with international work experience but not required.

5. Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

10. Willing to travel locaaly and internationally.
