We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our sales team with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Cold calling potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Generating leads and identifying opportunities for new business development.
Following up with leads and prospects to ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure smooth handoffs.
Requirements:

Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Background in the recruitment industry is a plus.
