Appointment Setter (Work From Home)

Night shift (8:00PM-5:00AM)

English level: English native speaker

The Role

You will help empower clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions including surveys, software, and consulting services will report directly to the Director of Survey Sales.

1. Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone calls, emails and assisting marketing with outreach campaigns

2. Direct sales to new and existing Salary.com clients globally

3. Drive participation in company's benefits, practices and total rewards surveys

4. Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools

5. Design and execute territory specific plans and forecasts

6. Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, HR, etc.)

2. 1-3 years of compensation, HR, sales or business development experience

3. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment

4. Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Linkedin and other sales prospecting tools

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team

7. Work cross-functionally within sales and other departments throughout the organization

8. Aggressive, motivated and customer-oriented

9. Confident negotiator who can interface with prospects up through the C-suite across diverse company types and multiple industry verticals

10. Continuously strive to learn survey processes and the full portfolio of products and services offered

11. Human Resources related experience, products, services and/or prior survey knowledge a plus
