Job Description

Responsibilities:
Follow up with inbound leads from marketing channels
Engage prospects via phone, email, and other channels
Conduct needs analysis to understand pain points and business goals
Qualify leads and determine sales readiness
Book discovery meetings for Business Development Executives
Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM (Salesforce)
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Meet or exceed individual KPIs and team targets
