Job Description
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for beverage preparation, quality control, and customer service.
• Ensure the highest quality and consistency of coffee and espresso-based beverages are served to customers.
• Monitor the performance of baristas, providing feedback, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies to ensure availability during service hours.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of coffee brewing equipment, ensuring proper calibration, servicing, and maintenance.
• Enforce health and safety protocols, including proper food handling, hygiene practices, and sanitation standards.
• Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase sales, and maximize profitability.
