Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop and bistro, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food handling practices.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue trends, and expenses to achieve budgetary targets and maximize profitability.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service, productivity, and professionalism.
• Schedule and manage employee shifts, breaks, and time-off requests to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support staff development and motivation.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises, equipment, and facilities to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
