Job Description

The Food Park Manager is responsible for the efficient day to day operations of a number of tenants in the area by managing and controlling the operations of the entire Food Park, managing personnel conduct and schedules, and ensuring that all records are updated and transparent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, oversee and control the operations of the entire Food Park in the areas of daily operations, sales, tenant and customer relations, as well as coordinate with different Functional Heads including Marketing, Leasing, and other support groups in order to enhance the contribution of Food Park Operations.
Monitors the rent, bills, and CUSA (Common Usage Service Area)
Responsible for the area maintenance and repair
Implementation of food park rules and regulations
Reviews contracts and checks payments ensuring compliance
Observes good customer service and manage customer complaints
Special Projects in Marketing
Delivers all updates, status, concerns, and coordinates requests with proper documentation
Personnel Management
Evaluate the performance of her staff in a timely manner
Receive personnel documents, policies and issuance and communicate these to staff as necessary
Ensure that stores open and close according to required and prescribed operating hours
Customer Service
Check the cleanliness of store premises as well as instruments and machines needed in store operations
Report breakages and / or maintenance issues with carts / premises to Operations for proper action
