Job Description

- Provides administrative support by assisting the sales team in the project listing, gross profit simulation, sales report updates, documentation, data management, and coordination. - Keep track of delivered projects for dealer/route accounts through project Outlook on a weekly basis
- Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports
- Aid in the monitoring of sales collections or account receivables
- Maintain an accurate sales records and database of customers
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and establish working team relationship with all departments

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
-2 years of work experience handling admin sales function in Manufacturing or service-oriented industry
-Proficient in using MS Excel
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
