Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitates the activities of the QA/Training department in delivering programs and initiatives that are responsive to individual, operational and customer needs
2. Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking
3. Create training programs to adress skill gaps in employee
4. Develop onboarding programs for new employee
5. Conduct Audit to gauge the effectiveness of the program
6. Research new teaching method / Prepare learning materials for program
7. Assist Regional Retail Manager with data management and reports
8. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
1. Atleast 1-2 years experience as a trainer.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
4. Excellent organizational skills
