About the Role:
The Sales Development Representative plays an immensely impactful role in the business
development efforts of Elevated Hiring. This role is tasked with spearheading the efforts to
generate lead flow to fill the leads pipeline. This role is a great opportunity to sharpen and deploy
strategic verbal and written communication skills as well as get great experience working in the
exciting field of Recruitment.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and
establishing strong client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to connect and pursue
new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of our company. If you are the
type of a Sales Development Representative that requires a thorough training and guidance, this
may not be the right fit for you

Responsibilities:
● Establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
● Facilitate cold-calling, cold email outreach, and Lead Generation
● Engage with the leads on a Video call
● Be a master of our services, and explain thoroughly how our process works.
● Maximize Resources in order to provide direct support.
● Regular Data Entry and Ensure Informational Accuracy.
● Identify business opportunities by identifying client needs for present and future
engagement.
● Close the DEAL by driving our Clients to finalize the Service Agreement and process the
deposit to start the Headhunter Campaign.
● Stay updated and provide accurate Process and Payment Information.

Requirements:
● Has at least 2 - 3 years of proven experience in performing a similar role
● Has Excellent Communication skills, is very articulate, and has Near Native US Accent.
● Has prior B2B Experience and customer service dealing with US clients.
● Has proficiency in using tools including Hubspot, Dialers, and Google Workspace.
● Has worked with a startup, and is very inclined toward process-improvement
● Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to getting tasks done.
● Strong time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
● Must possess a reliable work-from-home setup and a stable internet connection.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
