Job Description

Drake’s top client – a specialty chemicals/construction company, is currently hiring a Sales Engineer - Infrastructure to be part of their collaborative team in Taguig City.

Responsibilities:
• Establishes a network of clientele to service the requirements of a particular target market as may be assigned by the Sales Department Head.
• Maximizes effort in developing new accounts for the Sales Team through product presentations / demonstration and seminar to clients.
• Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
• Gives updates with existing and upcoming projects, analyzes market information, and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by performing regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
• Maintains customer rapport and builds relations with customers.
• Increases the market presence and market share, achieves targeted figure, and collects receivables.
• Monitors the flow of sales operations with every customer – from sales ordering, delivery, and collection.
• Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:
• A Licensed Civil Engineer.
• With 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the construction field.
• With good presentation skills (both verbal and written).
• Must possess strong people skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to do product and application training and troubleshooting at clients’ site.
• Able to work under pressure with target deadlines.
• With strong knowledge of market trends and conditions.
• Must be able to set strategies for introduction of new products.
• With a valid driver’s license and can drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Metro Manila and GMA
