Job Qualifications:
 Candidates with a degree in Business, Marketing, architecture, or Civil Engineering.
 Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing in the same industry or
construction.
 Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales
 Required skill(s): negotiation skills, communication skills, keen to details, dedicated and
passionate in achieving monthly sales quota
 With motorcycle is an advantage as long as willing to use for field works but not a requirement.
 Salary range for provinces – Area minimum + 2, 000 Sales Allowance

Job Description:
 Ensures achievements of annul sales target
 Promote/sell product and service of company to current and prospective customers
 Creates customers master list, profiles and schedules necessary for territorial efficiency
 Create and recommend action plans to achieve corporate goals
 Create and submit territory activity reports to Sales Supervisor on a timely basis
 Survey new opportunities/customers for company products and services
 Promotes and maintain a professional relationship with customers (external and internal)
 Handles all customer complaints and concerns promptly
 Monitors timely placement and delivery of sales orders
 Ensures prompt collection of payment
 Implement company marketing plans and strategies
 Fulfill other duties as directed by Immediate Superior
