Field Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and secure business opportunities in the designated area.
• Independently schedule and conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional follow-up, customer support, and handling client concerns promptly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Monitor the market and competitor activities; provide insights to the management team to develop strategic countermeasures.
• Prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role, preferably in a field setting.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Professional proficiency in English and Tagalog.
• High school diploma; further education or certification in Sales or Marketing will be advantageous.
