Sales Manager

Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 9:00PM to 6:00AM from Monday to Friday,

Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer based and ensure its strong presence.
• Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and markets shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements and Skills:
• BS/MS Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills,

II. Salary Structure:
• Monthly Basic Salary: PHP 30,000 – 40,000
• 13th Month Pay: Prorated

III. Start Date: As soon as possible

IV. Employee Status: Permanent

V. Place of Work: Unit 901/902 One Trium Tower 6324 Filinvest Avenue, Filinvest Corporate City Alabang 1781 Muntinlupa City.
