Job Description
BGC, Taguig |Hybrid (3x Onsite, 2x WFH weekly) | Fixed Day Shift
This role involves defining QA strategies, leading the QA team, providing automation expertise, and ensuring adherence to best practices. It also includes monitoring QA activities, identifying improvements, and reporting testing metrics to stakeholders.
-MUST BE a Bachelors' Degree graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
-Strong background and experience in QA automation
-8-10 years of solid experience in the same role
-with people management experience
-Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
-Experience managing testing departments or testing functions, managing large and complex activities and processes
-Preferably with relevant experience in banking/financial/telecommunications industry
-Proficient in automation tools
-Master Degree is a plus
-Relevant certifications are a plus
