Job Description

Collabera Digital is seeking a talented and experienced MuleSoft Support Developer to join our support team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support for our MuleSoft-based integration solutions, ensuring their smooth operation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams to implement enhancements and improvements.



Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
Experience working with technologies like SOAP, REST, XML, WSDL, XSD and JSON.
Monitor system health, performance, and logs to proactively identify and resolve integration issues.
Collaborate with development teams to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to MuleSoft integrations.
Assist in the design and implementation of enhancements, changes, and optimizations to existing MuleSoft integration solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and outages, implementing preventive measures to enhance system stability.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and configurations.
Develop, maintain, and enhance monitoring and alerting systems for MuleSoft integrations.
Provide guidance and recommendations to development teams on best practices for MuleSoft development, including performance optimization and security.
Participate in on-call rotation schedules to ensure 24/7 support coverage for critical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and QA engineers, to ensure alignment between support and development efforts.
Document technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and incident reports for reference and knowledge sharing.
Keep up-to-date with MuleSoft updates, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to support and maintenance activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration architecture, performance, and reliability.
Qualifications:

4-6 Years of experience in IT and 2-3 years of experience in MuleSoft as a Developer.
MuleSoft Certified Developer certification is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a MuleSoft Support Developer or a related support role.
Strong understanding of MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform and its components.
Proficiency in troubleshooting MuleSoft integrations, including debugging, log analysis, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of API design, RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and other data formats.
Familiarity with security protocols and practices related to API authentication and authorization.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in an agile and collaborative support environment.
Experience using Log monitoring tools like Splunk, Kibana and Anypoint Platform Monitoring.
Experience working with API Management tools like MuleSoft API Manager, APIGEE, Kong
