Job Description

Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00PM to 6:00AM from Monday to Friday,

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or organizational psychology.
• Minimum if 5 years experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Trackers.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and team management skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Willing to transfer from one shift to another.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
• Facilitating Cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams.
• Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvement could be made.
• Collaborating with Management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals.
• Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job applications or onboarding processes)
• Supervise the recruitment team and report on its performance.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics ( e.g. time-to hire and cost-per-hire)
• Implement new sourcing methods.
• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
• Research and choose job advertising options.
• Advise hiring mangers on interviewing techniques
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
• Coordinate with the clients to forecast future hiring needs.
• Stay-up to date on Labor Legislation of the country and inform recruitment team about the changes in regulations
• Build the company professional network through relationship with Clients, colleges and other partners.

Place of Work: Unit 901/902 One Trium Tower 6324 Filinvest Avenue, Filinvest Corporate City Alabang 1781 Muntinlupa City.

Benefit Structure:
• Monthly Basic Salary: Php 25,000
• 13th Month Pay: Prorated
• Vacation Leave and Sick Leave

Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
