Warehouse Team Leader/Bambang Sta.Cruz Manila/30k

DUTIES:
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure a cohesive and motivated workforce.
- Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound shipments, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, customer service, and fulfillment, to align warehouse activities with business goals and customer expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels, implement demand forecasting, and develop strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
- Oversee the implementation of inventory management systems and technology tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in inventory tracking and management.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and delivery of goods.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.
- Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure accurate inventory records and proper handling of products.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and logistics processes, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and logistics operations, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Resolve operational issues, address customer inquiries, and manage exceptions to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Collaborate with the management team to contribute insights and recommendations for business growth, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
- Produce regular reports as and when required
- Participates in meetings, discussions, and various activities to facilitate the accomplishment of objectives, goals, assignments and set requirements.
- Report progress updates, key achievements and any concerns to the Warehouse Manager / CEO

- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control within the ecommerce or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and order management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to warehousing and logistics.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with relevant software application
