IT Program Manager (Makati)

Job description
The Program Manager IT will play a pivotal role overseeing various IT products, collaborating with global teams where applicable. This position involves conceptualizing, defining, testing, delivering, monitoring, refining, and withdrawing IT products to optimize business outcomes. These products may be internally developed or off-the-shelf applications. The Program Manager will conduct customer research, work closely with key business and IT stakeholders to develop and articulate a product vision, and collaborate with product teams to deliver and enhance products effectively.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key business and IT executives, vendors, and partners crucial for product success.
Conduct thorough customer research to understand the "voice of the customer" and ensure value delivery.
Perform competitive analysis to identify product strengths and attract and retain customers.
Drive alignment among stakeholders to establish a cohesive product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
Define a release strategy, from prototypes to subsequent releases, adapting as necessary within an agile delivery process.
Make dynamic prioritization decisions based on product analytics, metrics, and customer feedback.
Raise awareness of the product and ensure understanding of its value and costs across the organization.
Identify inter-dependencies between products and ensure alignment with overarching objectives.
Translate product strategy into actionable guidance for the product team.
Develop and communicate the product roadmap based on business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with product delivery teams to ensure alignment with the product vision and budget.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align product and platform architectures according to agreed goals.
Manage the product budget, balancing resources effectively to deliver and maintain the product.
Develop proposals, progress reports, and other relevant documents and presentations.
Ensure timely completion of all product components to meet financial standards and customer satisfaction.
Work with stakeholders to refine business and pricing models for the product.
Track product usage and report findings to key stakeholders.
Develop marketing and demo materials to showcase product functionality.
Review customer requirements and assess onboarding needs.
Balance divisional goals with long-term market trends and opportunities, establishing regional strategies for product management.
Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business Administration.
3+ years’ experience in diverse roles with increasing responsibilities across business and IT.
5-7 years’ experience in IT and business/industry.
