Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Marketing, Operations Management or any related course
- Proven of at least 2 years to 5 years of working experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
- Has strong personality, leadership skills, and an effective communicator.
- Fine with supervising manpower in Taytay, Pasig and Valenzuela.

- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives

- Streamline end-to-end processes through operational initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Lead project planning, execution, and evaluation to address operational challenges effectively.
- Analyze and enhance business control systems to ensure alignment with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Work closely with departments such as marketing, finance, human resource, and operations to meet organizational requirements.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor employees
- Select, negotiate, and manage vendors based on service-level agreements to support organizational operations.
