Job Description

Leasing and Occupancy:

Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new members and maintain high occupancy rates across coworking spaces.
Conduct tours of the workspace, showcase available amenities and features and effectively communicate the benefits of occupying the space in co-working.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into occupiers.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Identify target market segments, industries, and geographic areas for sales expansion.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and positioning.

Business Development:

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with prospective clients, including small businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales activities.
Conduct research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations, engaging with them to understand their workspace needs and requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and providing personalized workspace solutions to meet their needs.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, offering insights, guidance, and support throughout the leasing process.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
