Telemarketer

Making outbound calls to potential customers and pitch general insurance products like Motor, Fire, Travel, etc.
Get well versed with all the products, benefits, offerings and unique selling points
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements and pitch relevant products.
Using calling scripts to provide information about products’ features, pricing, and present benefits.
Closing sales and leading customers through the purchasing process.
Keep a record of every customer interaction and ensure adherence to each and every sales follow-up.
Ensure complete adherence to calling and quality SOPs.
Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
Achieve monthly sales target based on annual plan.
Motor sales as focus area if not then a credit card sales agent.
The person must have done cold calling.
Should be ok even with 5 days working from office.

Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year degree.
Proven experience as Telemarketer or similar Sales role
With previous experience in General Insurance outbound calling
Product knowledge in Motor Policies
Aggressive in doing outbound calls (cold and warm leads)
Basic computer knowledge
Proficient in English
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Persistent and results-oriented individual
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Direct sales experience in selling insurance products will be an added advantage
