Job Description
*Graduate as Bachelor's Degree
*With 2years experience is a preference
*Knowledge and competency in project coordinator principles.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
*Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
*Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
*Analyze risks and opportunities
*Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
*Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
*Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
*Other duties may be assigned on as needed basis..
*Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
*Ability to maintain confidentiality essential.
*Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
