Job Description

Position: HR Transformation Manager
Location: Taguig City

Responsibilities:

Lead practice growth by implementing effective strategies and achieving target metrics.
Manage engagement risks, project economics, and deliverable content.
Collaborate with global sales teams to identify and win opportunities.
Mentor team members, participate in staffing processes, and contribute to recruitment and retention activities.
Develop assets, methodologies, and thought leadership in HR transformation.
Deliver public speeches and contribute to industry publications.

Requirements:

8+ years of post-master’s degree work experience in HR Transformation and Talent Management.
Hands-on experience in HR transformation and talent management projects.
Expertise in areas such as Cloud/Digital HR, HR Process, HR Diagnostics/Analytics, HR Technology, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management.
Project management experience in large HR transformation engagements.
Knowledge of HRIT and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Workday) and outsourcing models.
Experience working with international clients is desirable.
