Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Sales Officer in our Automotive Division, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This role demands a combination of in-depth automotive knowledge, sales expertise, and a genuine passion for cars and automotive technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets specific to the automotive sector.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales and growth opportunities.
Product Demonstration: Leverage your automotive expertise to demonstrate product benefits and capabilities tailored to customer requirements.
Feedback and Improvements: Provide customer feedback to the product development team to help shape future product offerings and enhancements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling sales presentations and promotional activities.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Skills and Qualifications:

Automotive Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of automotive technology, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Sales Proficiency: Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiating skills with the ability to close deals effectively and profitably.
Customer-Focused: A strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements:

Passion for automobiles and up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
Willingness to travel as required to meet potential clients, attend industry conferences, and sales events.
