Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Achieves maximum sales profitability, volume growth and account penetration focused on Passenger and Commercial Vehicle Lubricants (PVL & CVL) by effectively selling the lubricants, ancillary products, and related services.

2. Demonstrates deep corporate thinking that is reflected through corporate customer understanding and solutions selling approach to the market.

3. Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

4. Differentiate and position products and services versus competitors for planned market approach and a defined customer value proposition.

5. Created a customer-centric sales organization by institutionalizing regular analysis of market information, programs, feedback systems, processes and intervention or critical customer requirements.

6. Marketing of all brands / products targeted to and ensures profitability and market share objectives are met.

7. Coordinate personally with the business owners and Branch Managers, Area Managers regarding trade.

8. Conceptualize and monitor sales and marketing development programs to meet company’s goals and objectives.

9. Conducts trade area inspection and recommends solution to improve sales and

10. Conducts competitive check and reports status of trade and development

11. Assess, Plan, Execute & Upkeep indoor & outdoor merchandising of all outlets.

12. Submits required report on time.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:



Education & Training

1. Graduate of any 4-year Business related course

2. People oriented and can work independently



Work Experience

One-year Sales Experience or Industry experience.
May be combined with some level of customer service or inside sales experience
