Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Accountancy or equivalent
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
With at least 1-year work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits and HMO

Duties and Responsibilities
Amenable to do field work to government branches such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF
Has experience in timekeeping / payroll
Knowledgeable in EGOV online payment
Knowledgeable in processing government loans, sickness and maternity leave
Can do work under pressure
Cultural adaptability
