Job Description

Responsibilities:
The role of the Executive Assistant is to primarily support the President with various activities related to contributing to the growth of the organization.
Candidates are expected to be quick studies, flexible, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities of this role will include:
1. Supporting the President in building relationships with principals, prospects and clients including:
a. Attending meetings
b. Helping build storyboards and creating PowerPoint presentations to tell a s
c. Conducting research related to products and services
2. Managing logistics for events including seating arrangements, room setup and décor, and catering
3. Coordinating travel arrangements.
4. Managing special projects as required.
Job Qualifications:
1. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
2. Must be detail-oriented with excellent planning, organizing, and project management skills.
3. Must be able to communicate in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Office 365.
5. University Graduate with a BS in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, or related courses.
