Sales Assistant

Job description
The Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our sales and logistics . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinating shipment schedules and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Communicating with customers to provide updates on shipment status, resolve inquiries, and address any concerns.
- Issuing sales orders accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Generating and analyzing sales reports to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and accounting, to streamline processes and optimize workflow.
- Assisting with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Providing administrative support as needed, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation.
