Job Description

Work Location: Cainta, Rizal, Philippines
The applicant's residence is preferred to be within the 7 KM radius so that there will be
no reason for tardiness

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in the English language, both oral and written
• Very good level of COMPUTER LITERACY, especially in using MS Office, GMAIL, and major social media apps
• Knows the computing functions of:
▪ Gmail
▪ Word
▪ Excel
▪ Powerpoint
▪ Canva & the likes
▪ Google / Edge
• Minimum One (1) year experience in sales and marketing from any related
industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Coordinating sales efforts with our marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Recording of deposits of payment from clients and coordinating this information
to our Administrator.
• Coordinating with our Administrator the sales contracts for orders and submitting
them to the clients
• Maintaining client records
• Preparing sales proposals and quotations

• Administrative Tasks:
▪ Undertaking daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning
and coordination of the department.
▪ Updating spreadsheets, databases, and Tour Package inventories with
relevant information.
• Assisting in Marketing Campaigns:
▪ Preparation of marketing materials
▪ Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and databases.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and online applications

NOT NECESSARY BUT AN ADVANTAGE:

Content Creation and Communication
• Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media
accounts.
• Writing marketing literature to enhance the company’s market presence.
• Directly communicating with clients to build trusting relationships.
Event Coordination:
• Assisting in organizing promotional events, both traditional and digital.
• Attending events to facilitate their success.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conducting market research to understand the target audience.
• Analyzing consumer rating reports and questionnaires.
• Utilizing marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (such as social media and web analytics).
Salary:
16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
