The slow and old-fashioned way of doing business became its springboard to shift to a faster, better and more efficient way of doing things. Most of all, the desire to continue in spite of the overwhelming odds became its most powerful tool to strive. The entity has re-generated itself. It became a corporation last year to be able to serve its growing number of clients more efficiently. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
Conducting needs assessments and presenting product demonstrations or proposals to potential clients.
Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Providing regular updates on sales activities, pipeline management, and market trends to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in [industry or sector].
Strong prospecting, networking, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
