Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment for a multinational organization.
Experience using digital marketing channels to raise awareness and create demand.
Experience with a variety of digital tools including web marketing tools like Sitecore, event marketing tools like CVENT, and email marketing and automation tools like Marketo.
Ability to grasp new software quickly.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent eye for detail and able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
Ability to engage, communicate and lead calls/meetings effectively with marketing leaders drawing on strong digital communication foundation and business acumen.
Demonstrated ability to work with virtual teams.

Desirable skills:

Good stakeholder management and organizational skills. A completer/finisher mind-set with the drive to deliver multiple projects.
Change and adaptability/ability to work through ambiguity.

Qualifications/Experience that would be advantageous for the position:

Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g. Marketo, CVENT, Sitecore)
Have a general understanding of website architecture and HTML, CSS code
Analytical and integrative skills including ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logical, systematic way.
