Job Description
TAIO is a bespoke BPO that builds and manages teams for companies around the world, from various industries including healthcare, non-life insurance, IT Consultancy among others. Our mission is to connect people who work together to grow and become successful.
Overview:
As the digital marketing manager of a startup, you’ll be working directly with the founder to build the marketing strategy and implement it from the ground up. In the beginning, you will be a one-man-show creating and implementing simple strategies that will convert sales. Once you have proof of concept, you will recommend more advanced strategies and build up the marketing team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies
Created and ran campaigns targeting the US market
Analytics and Reporting
Market Research
Budget Management
Ensuring deadlines are met
Ensuring targets are met
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Requirements:
Experience building a marketing strategy from the ground up
Experienced in setting up, monitoring and analyzing data
Experienced with A/B testing ad campaigns
Experienced with SEM and Adwords
Experienced in paid media for channel growth and for lead conversion
Experienced in building a marketing team from scratch
Willing to take on various individual contributor tasks
