Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- with more than 2 Years Exp. In supervisory role handling QA Leads and with Client Management experience.
- Exposure in Business Reviews.
- Must have experience focused in scrubbing and deep dive analysis for CSAT/DSAT.
