Retail Management Consultant

The Retail Management Consultant is responsible in strategic order and planning for the operations of a retail establishment, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional customer service, and maximum profitability
• Undertake a preliminary audit of the retailer
• Ensure an in-depth understanding of the business
• Determine the customer’s needs and ambitions
• Suggest and monitor improvements which can be made
• Develop a strategy to achieve required goals
• Provide first-class customer service when liaising with clients
• Maximize prospects for the client by attending external event

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing staff effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi tasking abilities
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service and best practices
• With FMCG experience
