Job Description
- Preparation of TPC
- Trouble Ticket Expense Monitoring. Consignment Monitoring
- Collection Update Report. Recording of Sales & Collection BIR books
- Mailing of Sales Invoice / Official Receipt/ Statement of Account
- Preparation of commission. Submission of Reports
- Sales summary, allocation and un-invoiced SO per ASM
- JE - Allocation Accrued Expense. Dollar account reconciliation
- Preparation of various requests for payment (Finance & Accounting dept.) borla payment, supplies, manpower, ft
- Month end physical count of Inventory
- Preparation of GIS. Processing of tax clearance. SEC application for good standing. BIR Inventory List
Qualifications Required:
- Must be a graduate of finance, accounting, and other related majors.
- With at least 3 years of related experience.
- Familiar with accounting report processing, proficient in using Excel tables and using various functions.
- With good professional ethics, serious and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility.
- Have good learning ability, independent working ability and financial analysis ability.
- Be able to better handle the relationship between other departments of the company and external, strong communication skills and service awareness.
