Job Description
• Responsible in monitoring the health condition of the employees and ensure the availability of medicines and supplies for first aid.
• Responsible for the preparation of health related program
• Preparation and submission of admin.
• Perform Admin works and functions.
• Examines and treat employees’ sickness and injuries
• Advise or refer employees to qualified medical specialist when appropriate.
• Accompany employees to the nearest hospital in cases of emergencies that the clinic cannot immediately handle.
• Maintains orderliness of 201 files, Medical Records and other documents.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Company Nurse Requirements:
• Nursing school degree.
• Postgraduate degree in basic occupational health and safety.
• Registered Nurse
• Working experience as a company or a regular nurse.
• Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Critical-thinking skills.
• A warm and caring disposition.
