Job Description
Hybrid Work Set up
Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends off
Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
YOU WILL:
Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience, and employee input in a project environment
Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement, and analysis of standardized processes
Qualifications:
Local Preferred - Open to Non-Local
Black Belt Trained or Certified with relevant experience in AI and RPA
15+ years of overall experience in Business Excellence under BPO or Shared Services industry
At least 10 years of experience in leadership position
