Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lazada and Shopee Operations Manager.
As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Lazada and Shopee storefronts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on
Lazada and Shopee.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business
decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Lazada and Shopee seller platforms and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Strong sense of responsibility and am accountable for the sales of the store.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
